Two real estate firms combine

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Cora Bett Thomas and Austin Hill are uniting to create new company that will meet the needs of a wider range of clients and to cover a larger market base including marketing investment property, condominiums, historic property, multimillion-dollar homes, land and commercial property.

The new firm, Cora Bett Thomas Austin Hill & Associates, has a residential sales office at 16 E. Jones St. in the historic Savannah townhouse where Cora Bett Thomas Realty originally started in 1995, according to the company. Its property management and commercial real estate office is located at 15 E. York St.

Thomas changed the way real estate is bought and sold in the region, according to the company. She has been a multimillion-dollar producer since 1976. She started Cora Bett Thomas Realty in 1995. Her marketing expertise is sought after by the Savannah College of Art and Design, the National Trust for Historic Preservation and an extensive portfolio of international investors.

Savannah native Austin Hill is a director of the Savannah Board of Realtors and chair of  the Young Professionals Network serves on its advisory committee. He is also a vice chair-elect for the Georgia Association of Realtors. He is on the development committee and is a director of the 13th Colony Society of Historic Savannah Foundation.
