TOOMBS CO., GA (WTOC) -

A family of five lost their home during an early morning fire in Toombs County on Sunday. It happened at a duplex on Jones Street in Vidalia.

According to the American Red Cross, the fire started in one of the bedrooms.

There was minor damage, but the family won't be able to stay there Sunday night.

The mother and her four children lost some of their belongings, including clothing. The Red Crossis helping them out.
