Customers make final complaints to Comcast

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Frustrations about Comcast are coming to a boiling point. Long lines of customers waited Thursday at the Armstrong Center to voice their opinion of Comcast straight to the source. Comcast executives and city leaders met for the final time after a week's worth of complaints and concerns. Comcast officials say this is just the start of making things better for all of their customers.

"We are committed to continuously improving the services that we offer and the way that we deliver the service. There are ongoing efforts to improve that. Certainly, as we value our relationship with the city, we will continues to work with them to highlight some of the things we are doing but also address some of the common themes that came out this evening," said Andy Macke, Comcast VP, Government and Community Affairs.

Now, the conversation turns to Savannah's City Council and Comcast. They each expect to get right to work resolving all the issues.
