SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
A man charged with keeping 71 dogs in his house appeared before a judge once again on Monday afternoon.
Daniel Golden gave the court an update on cleaning his house after Savannah-Chatham Metro officers found the dogs living in deplorable conditions. He was issued more than 100 citations from the city. The city said Golden is in compliance now and that his house is clean.
Judge Tammy Stokes is waiting for paperwork to complete Golden's mental evaluation.
