Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, Georgia just brought home a win, in the person of Marine Corporal JoAnna Sudduth, who has been meritoriously promoted to Sergeant, following her top performance at a sergeant's review board held at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Sergeant Sudduth serves as legal assistant, non-commissioned officer-in-charge, for MCLB Albany's Judge Advocate staff. Not only was her promotion to sergeant, meritorious, so was her earlier promotion from Lance Corporal to Corporal.
This outstanding Marine is both the daughter of a retired Marine, and the sister of a current, active-duty one. In addition to Albany, she has a connection to our immediate area, having completed her recruit training here at Parris Island.
As reported by Marine Corps News, said she about her military gratitude and pride: "The Marines are my foundation. They are the ones who propel me, help me succeed, and believe in me. I'm just truly grateful and humble to be a part of the Marine Corps."
Our thanks for her service, and congratulations to Sergeant JoAnna Sudduth, Marine Corps Logistics Base-Albany, for her latest promotion achievement, as she continues to stand proudly, shoulder-to-shoulder with her military brethren, the very pride of our nation.
