Reidsville Easter Egg Hunt Scheduled

The weather is getting warmer as we get closer and closer to Easter. In just a few weeks, it will be time for Reidsville's annual Easter egg hunt. Organizer Linton Brown and a handful of volunteers host the egg hunt for children in Tattnall and surrounding counties.

They'll hide thousands of eggs to provide a morning of old fashioned family fun, and it's all for free. "It does not cost you anything," Brown said. "The food is free. The eggs are free. The hamburgers and hot dogs are free."

The Easter egg hunt is April 10 at 10am. Activities start at the football field beside Gordonia State Park in Reidsville.
