Fort Bragg soldiers die during Operation Enduring Freedom

Two soldiers died while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom, according to The Department of Defense.

Pfc. Johnathon F. Davis, 20, of Griffin, Ga., and Spc. David W. Taylor, 20, of Dixon, Ky were in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, when they died March 29 of wounds from enemy small arms fire.

Davis was assigned to the 4th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C. and Taylor was assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.
