Chicken Marsala

Serves 2        Cooking Time: 13 minutes

 

 

Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Cream
1/4 Cup Marsala Wine
1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper Diced
1/2 cup Diced Yellow Squash
1/4 Cup Red Onion
1/4 Tsp Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper
1/4 Cup Mushrooms
2 Chicken Breast "Butterflyed"
Flour
2 TBSP Oil

Preparation:
1. Salt and Pepper both sides of Chicken
2. flour Chicken
3. Heat oil in Skillet
4. Add Chicken, cook until light brown
5. Turn Chicken Over
6. Add Onion, mushrooms, squash, bellpeppers
7. Cook for 2 minutes
8. Add Garlic
9. Remove off stove, add marsala wine and ignite
10. Add Cream and allow it to reduce by 1/2.
11. Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes
