Shrimp & Scallops Salad

Shrimp and Scallops Salad

Add as many shrimp and scallops as you like.
Salt and Pepper
2 TSP Oil
Assorted lettuces (Any kind you like)
12 Black olives, sliced
5 Cherry tomatos, sliced
1/4 Cup Cucumbers, Juliene Cut
1/2 Cup of Vinaigrette dressing
1/2 Cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese

1. Salt and Pepper Shrimp and Scallops
2. Heat Oil
3. Sautee Shrimp and Scallops for 2 minutes each side
4. Remove from Skillet
5. Chill for 7 minutes
6. In a bowl add lettuce, olives, tomato and cucumbers
7. Add Seafood
8. Add Dressing
9. Toss around
10. Serve in a chilled bowl
11. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
