BBQ Salmon

Ingredients:

2 butterflied Salmon fillets
1/4 Cup Olives
1/4 Cup sliced red and green bell peppers pith removed (pith white pert of pepper usually has a bitter taste)
1/4 Cup BBQ sauce (Preferably Johnny Harris)
Salt and Pepper
1/4 Cup White Wine
Your favorite rice or left over rice from night before
4 TBSP oil

Preparation:

1. Heat oil in skillet
2. Salt and Pepper Salmon
3. Add peppers and olives
4. Deglaze with white wine
5. Add BBQ Sauce
6. Add cooked rice or pasta
