Making Change to host Boys 2 Men conference

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

The Boys 2 Men conference explores issues that affect young men. The free session will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Mary C. Torian Auditorium, Howard Jordan Building at Savannah State University.

Making Change was found by Patrina Lingard in October 2010 and is a community focused, civically engaged organization that seeks to foster intellectual, spiritual, and professional growth in young people.

Presenters include: Rep. Ron Stephens, André Allen, Vee Butler, Joe Freeman, Hasani X, David Harland Rousseau, King Shakur and Jason Vail

Conference sponsors: Barnes & Noble, Coca-Cola, Painter Graham, Dawn Baker, Love Living Today, Right Track Consulting, Journey for Hope, AASU Collegiate 100, Savannah State University, Savannah Technical College.
