BULLOCH CO., GA (WTOC) - A Sylvania man is being held without bond on child molestation charges.
Statesboro police were called to the East Georgia Regional Medical Center on a report of child molestation.
Police spoke with the mother of a 6-year-old girl. The mother said the suspect is a family member, according to Statesboro police.
Det. Keith Holloway's investigation identified the suspect as 25-year-old Anthony Labron Hurst.
Arrest warrants were issued for Hurst on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy and enticing a child for indecent purposes.
Hurst was arrested on June 11by the Screven County Sheriff's Office. t. Statesboro police transported Hurst to the Bulloch County Jail. Hurst is being held without bond, pending further court action.
