EFFINGHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - A man charged in the death of an Effingham County teen is expected in court Monday.
Wade Hall is charged with vehicular homicide for a crash that killed Effingham High school senior Joshua Stafford.
Officials say Hall's blood-alcohol level was .07. Hall could face up to 15 years in prison.
Hall is charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and serious injury by vehicle. The crash also injured a mother and her three children who were in the other car.
