SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Achmed Williams pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of voluntary manslaughter Tuesday in connection with the April 2008 slaying of his brother.
Police said he fatally shot his brother Alex Williams on East 54th Street.
At one point, Savannah-Chatham Metro Police considered him one of the most wanted criminals in Savannah.
In 2008, police detectives said the shooting started over a minor altercation.
