Army prosecutors say SSgt. Camilo Mejia's objection to the war is no reason to leave the squad he commanded. Today prosecutor Capt. AJ Balbo detailed how Mejia left Iraq in October last year on furlough. After five months of being AWOL, Balbo said Mejia only surfaced when his unit was set to return home.
