Jasper Co. man fatally shot over weekend

JASPER CO., SC (WTOC) -

Jasper County sheriff deputies are investigating the fatal shooting of a man that occurred Saturday night.

Jasper County sheriff deputies say Jasper County resident Francisco Adame, 19, was shot and killed Saturday night around 9:15.

They say Adame was in a SUV with several others when he was shot by a suspect hanging out the window of the vehicle while they were driving in the Nettles Road area, which is west of Ridgeland going towards Tillman, S.C.

Adame was found dead outside of the vehicle somewhere in that area after someone discovered the body and called 911, according to the sheriff's office.

They do not have anyone in custody. If anyone has info call 843.726.7779.
