GUYTON, GA (WTOC) - A man wanted on drug charges turned himself in on Wednesday, according to the Effingham County Sheriff's Office.
On Friday, investigators with the Effingham County Sheriff's Office Drug Suppression Team carried out a search warrant at the home of Justin Leleiwi, 29, on Ladessie Zeigler Road in Guyton.
More than half a pound of marijuana, cocaine, several prescription pills and multiple weapons including two assault rifles were seized in the search, according to the sheriff's office.
Leleiwi turned himself into deputies just before noon Wednesday with his attorney, according to the sheriff's office.
He was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Leleiwi is being held in the Effingham County Jail.
