PORT WENTWORTH, GA (WTOC) -

A reward is being offered for information leading to the recovery of inflatables stolen from the First Baptist Church over Labor Day weekend.

Paul Cates, the owner of Fun Time in Port Wentworth, is offering $1,000 for information and arrest of who may have stolen the pieces from the church. The incident occurred sometime after the First Baptist Church's Back to School Bash that took place on Sept.2.

When Fun Time went to pick up the inflatables on Sept. 4, they were gone. The two pieces were only months old and Fun Time says there is no other inflatables like them in Savannah. The church is continuing to work with police and Fun Time to try and figure out who took them and why. Fun Time fears that whoever took them will try to leave the state to sell them.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sergeant Holmes with the Port Wentworth Police Department at 912-964-4360.
