One cycling group covered a lot of ground over the weekend.
"Pedaling for Kids" was a three day, 250-mile across-the-state ride to raise money to buy special equipment not covered by insurance for disabled children in Georgia.
The cyclists left Columbus, Georgia Friday morning and made it to Savannah Sunday afternoon.
"We've got these people who have donated their time to raise money and they like to cycle and we've just had a great time and it's wonderful to be together," said Dr. Jack Sherrer, founder of Pedaling for Kids.
This is just one of many rides the organization holds each year.
