Woman sought on aggravated assault charges in custody

DOUGLAS, GA (WTOC) - A woman wanted on aggravated assault charges in Alma, Ga., turned herself in on Friday afternoon, according to the Alma Police Dept.

Police say 20-year-old Teyaca Faulk stabbed a 19 year old earlier this week. Investigators say thanks to a number of calls from people - they were able to track her down.

She was apprehended at about 2:30 p.m. Friday in Douglas by Douglas police. She turned herself in without incident and was taken to the Coffee County jail.

Faulk will be picked up by Alma police and taken to the Bacon County jail.
