Man charged after Jesup standoff

JESUP, GA (WTOC) -

Police say Justin Tyre, the man involved in a standoff in Wayne Co. Monday, is behind bars and facing charges of terroristic threats under family violence and pointing a gun at another person.

It all started as a fight between him and his father on Orange St. in Jesup. Police say the fight got physical and Tyre pulled a gun.

Authorities found Tyre a few blocks from the home in someone's carport.
