GROVETOWN, GA (WFXG) -

The Lee Anderson for Congress Campaign is fuming after numerous campaign signs were defaced following the presidential debate last night. The signs defaced are joint Lee Anderson-Mitt Romney signs.

The campaign tells FOX54 that Angelique Bane, Haley Craft, and Kyle Hobson have been arrested for criminal trespassing in relation to this case.

Red spray-paint was used to deface numerous signs at the Lee Anderson for Congress Campaign Headquarters in Evans, GA.  Large signs throughout Columbia and Richmond Counties were also vandalized.  The total damage is still being assessed.

"This is what Democrats do when they are losing," said Ryan Mahoney, campaign communication director.  "They lie about gutting Medicare, they lie about raising taxes, and they deface campaign signs and property.  This is ridiculous, inexcusable, and down-right criminal and we intend to press charges for this juvenile and destructive behavior."

The claims of political affiliation are the views of the campaign, and not of FOX54.

Reagan Williams, Campaign Manager for Lee Anderson, filed a police report with the Columbia County Sheriff's Department this morning.
