SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Halloween lovers of all ages came out to the Halloween Hike at Oatland Island Wildlife center Saturday evening.
The "not-too-scary 'trick-or-treat' event" was full of all kinds of things to do. The main attraction a hike through a portion of the nature trails where they met some "friendly forest" critters and characters who handed out treats.
After the walk, there was plenty more to see and do.
"There's all kinds of cool stuff, there's a hay ride, there's pony rides, there's face painting, there's a lot of crafts, there's a fossil hunt, you can have your picture taken with Wahoohoo, the barn owl."
If you missed the event, you'll have to catch it next year but you can still go check out the Oatland Island Wildlife Center they are open daily from 10 to 4.
