A main artery running through the Coastal Empire is also known for chases, PIT maneuvers and crashes. Some of those crashes resulted in fatalities. Speed is a concern as drivers weave through neighborhoods and around other unsuspecting drivers.

WTOC's Jamie Ertle set out with a specialized traffic unit to tackle the speeders on Georgia Highway 21.
