SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
Beach High
School faculty and students came together Saturday for the "Bulldog Battle." They're
raising money for the families of two little girls from Hodge Elementary who
were hit by a car coming home from school.
The accident
happened in front of Beach High. Brianna Quartermen and Alliyah Washington have
been battling injuries related to the accident, and now Beach High is battling
for them.
"I'm
really sad because my best friend is gone, but she's going to get better,"
said Washington.
All the money collected at the
game will be donated to a fund set up for the Washington and Quarterman
families.
