SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A relief fund has been established to help the crew of the HMS Bounty.

The crew abandoned in the ship that was in distress about 90 miles off the coast of North Carolina. The Coast Guard has continued rescue and search efforts.

Bounty's crewmember Claudene Christian was killed.  Capt. Robin Walbridge remains missing.

The fund was by past crew members for donations to the families of Christian and Walbridge and the 14 surviving crew members, who lost everything in the loss of the HMS Bounty.

Donations can be sent to via PayPal HMSBounty2012@Yahoo.com.
