A DEA drug investigation in the Lowcountry - 18 people are arrested and accused of conspiring to sell and distribute cocaine.

 "If you're looking at powdered cocaine and marijuana it's coming across multiple states," said one sheriff. Thursday at Six WTOC's Jaime Dailey investigates how the drugs got here and where they came from.

"I'm talking about multi kilo cases [they] come by vehicle in hidden compartments," he said.
