Citi's Forward Visa is considered the best, and gives you five ThankYou points for every dollar spent at restaurants. The American Express Blue Sky Preferred, and the Chase Sapphire Preferred also received high ratings.
Also, make sure you're signed up with your favorite airline's dining rewards program. All of the major airlines have them, and the more you eat out, the more miles you receive. U.S. Airways offers a new member bonus of 1,000 miles if you spend $30 at an eligible restaurants.
