Savannah police rule suspicious death a homicide

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police have ruled a suspicious death at the Hudson Hill Community Center Saturday morning to be a homicide.

Officials said that a resident called police saying someone appeared to be passed out in the middle of the park. When authorities arrived on the scene, the person was pronounced dead.

The man has been identified as 24-year old William Anderson.

The investigation is still ongoing, and officials are currently reviewing the area and asking residents if they know of anything that may have happened.
