Halloween murder suspect denied bond

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Thomas Montrell Jackson, the suspect in the Halloween murder of Melithia Singleton, was denied bond on Monday.

Jackson was officially charged with murder after police recovered Singleton's black Mitsubishi that had been missing since the murder.

Singleton was found dead in her apartment at the Bradley Point Apartments just after 6 p.m. Oct. 31.
