CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -
Chatham Area Transit announced three route changes on Tuesday.
Route 25 at Montgomery & 52nd
streets - The Savannah
College of Art and Design is completing construction on its building located at
Montgomery and 52nd Streets.
The stop located on Montgomery Street,
outbound - traveling south, has been temporarily moved around the corner to 52nd
Street & Montgomery, according to CAT.
Route 2 West Chatham - Highway 307 and
Commerce Boulevard. Due to repair work on the railroad tracks on Highway 307,
the #2 buses will be rerouted for about two weeks, inbound only/traveling
downtown.
The route change will run from Bourne
and Davidson Avenue, left turn onto Robert Miller Road, right turn onto
Gulfstream Road, and a right turn onto Highway 21 and regular route, according
to CAT.
Route 20 – Whitefield & Halcyon.
Due to road work, the bus stop at Halcyon Drive has been temporarily moved about
25 feet north.
