The race for the 12th District Congressional seat continues to heat up.
Democrat and incumbent U.S. Rep. John Barrow faces Republican challenger Lee Anderson.
Both candidates spent every moment they could trying to convince voters they're the right person for the 12th District.
Anderson continued his message that the district's seat is a referendum on President Barack Obama. He has urged voters to send a message that the time for change is now.
Barrow traveled the district to be visible as well. His message has been that Washington needs more moderates and people who'll compromise and work together.
He has pointed to the times he's broken party lines and voted against the president's policies.
