Hit-and-run driver sought in Lowcountry

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is hunting for a hit-and-run killer.

A driver fatally struck a pedestrian on Dianah's Drive near Marshland Road on Hilton Head Island. It happened at about 10 p.m. Wednesday.
