Car slams into guard rail

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Police are investigating a single car accident that took place Friday night.

Police say a car was getting off I-16 at 37th St. when the driver lost control and slammed into the guard rail.

Ambulance crews took the driver to the hospital.

There is no word on the driver's name or condition.
