Kroger, Salvation Army to begin Red Kettle Campaign
SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -
Starting on Sunday, November 18th, Kroger stores throughout Georgia, South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee will begin ringing in the holiday season with The Salvation Army's annual Red Kettle Campaign.
Volunteer bell ringers will be at Kroger locations to raise money that goes towards providing toys for children, meals for the hungry, coats for the homeless and aid to communities facing natural disasters.
Last year, Kroger's Atlanta stores raised more than $1.2 million for The Salvation Army.
