GLYNN CO., GA (WTOC) -
Rescuers continue their search along the Altamaha River for a missing hunter.

Authorities say 63-year-old Donald Floyd left by boat at the Altamaha Regional Park to hunt hogs on Thursday and never returned.

The Department of Natural Resources says they found Floyd's boat Friday but no sign of the hunter.

DNR says the boat was damaged.

In a strange twist authorities say Donald Floyd's brother-in-law Rev. Jimmy Byars died during a fishing trip in the same part of the river in November 2008.
