Three arrested on drug charges in Richmond Hill

RICHMOND HILL, GA (WTOC) -

Three people were arrested in Richmond Hill on Friday on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.

April Marie Owen, 24, of Richmond Hill; Jason Cless, 35, of Effingham County; and Lisa Devereax, 26, who lives in Chatham County, were arrested during a traffic stop.

Meth, pseudoephedrine, Coleman camp fuel, Lye and other products were discovered, according to Richmond Hill police.
