Two Emanuel Co. Jail escapees arrested in Iowa

EMANUEL CO., GA (WTOC) -

Two men who escaped from an Emanuel County Jail on Nov. 10 were arrested Tuesday by U.S. Marshal's Eastern Iowa Fugitive Task Force in Iowa.

Matthew Findley, 24, and Jeffery Webb, 26, were among six inmates who escaped from the jail. Four inmates were captured within the first 24 hours of their escape.

They face an extradition hearing in Iowa and then will be returned to the Emanuel County Jail. They have been returned to confinement in Fort Dodge, Iowa, by U.S. Marshals, according to the Emanuel County Sheriff's Office.
