Missing Effingham County man found safe

EFFINGHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

The Effingham County Sheriff's Office has located Jimmy Powell, 55.

Powell went missing from the Kroger near Rincon at approximately 1:15 p.m. Monday.

Powell was found safe around 2:30 p.m. Monday.
