COLUMBIA, SC (WTOC) -
South Carolina residents with disabled placards and license plates issued before 2010 have until the end of the year to renew their certificates.
Folks must have a state-issued ID and fit the state definition to qualify. New forms will also need to be filled out.
Those who do not renew could face up to a $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
