Renovation work is scheduled to begin Dec. 3 at the Tuttle Army Health Clinic Pharmacy on Hunter Army Airfield.
The project is expected to push wait times up to one or two hours. The renovation includes new automation equipment, which will ultimately enhance pharmacy services and reduce wait times.
The pharmacy is asking patients to use the pharmacy's dropbox in order to cut down on wait times during the renovations.
Prescriptions received before 4 p.m., may be picked up the next business day after 2 p.m. The Winn ACH pharmacy on Fort Stewart is also available to fill prescriptions. It is open from 7:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
The renovation project is expected to be finished on Dec. 23. For more details, call the Tuttle Pharmacy at 912.315.4540.
