Student driver who two hit 9 year olds will not be indicted

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

On Wednesday, a grand jury decided not to indict the 17-year-old student driver who jumped a curb and hit Brianna Quarterman, 9, and Aaliyah Washington, 9, as they walked home from Hodge Elementary back in September.

Quarterman's family says Brianna may have to stay in an Atlanta hospital through March. She has undergone several surgeries since the wreck.
