Rincon Carwash owner apologizes to towed shoppers

RINCON, GA (WTOC) -

On Black Friday, several shoppers' cars were towed from a grassy area owned by Rincon Carwash.

After WTOC's report on Tuesday, the owner of Rincon Carwash had a change of heart. He apologized to the people he had towed and even gave them their money back.
