Savannah World AIDS Day events set for Saturday

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

In honor of World AIDS Day in Savannah, several organizations in Savannah will join forces Saturday to offer free HIV testing, raise HIV and AIDS awareness and share prevention information with the community.

The Savannah World AIDS Day event will be held Dec. 1 from 2 to 4 p.m. in Johnson Square in downtown Savannah.

Highlights include live music, face painting for kids, health information and a balloon release commemoration.
