PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -
If you
are looking for a way for your kids to keep an eye out for Santa, North American
Aerospace Defense Command, NORAD, has a website and apps that are there for you
and your kids to track Santa Claus and keep up with him on his annual journey.
The
"NORAD Tracks Santa" website is now up and running. The site features
a holiday countdown, games, daily activities, video messages from students
around the world and more.
Official
apps also are available in the Windows Store, Apple Store, and Google Play so
parents and children can count down the days until the launch of Santa's journey
on their smartphones and tablets.
Tracking opportunities are also
offered on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus. Santa followers just
need to type "@noradsanta" into each search engine to get started.
