CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -
The Chatham County Sheriff's
Office is asking for the public's help in finding four sex offenders accused of
violating the registry law.
Bobby Clinton Butler III, 62, was
convicted in 1988 of rape in Georgia. He was last registered on Aug. 28 with
the sheriff's office under the address of the Old Savannah City Mission at 2414
Bull St.
He is known to frequent the area
of Millen and Richards streets and the area of Tuten and Bay streets,
according to the sheriff's office. He has been convicted several times
for failure to register as a sex offender and just got out of
prison in August, according to the sheriff's office.
Christopher Aaron Walter, 30, was
convicted in 2002 in Georgia for enticing a child for indecent purposes. He disabled his ankle monitor on Nov. 13 has
not been located, according to the sheriff's office. He is homeless and last registered
as living under the Talmadge Bridge near the Oglethorpe Bus Station.
Kyle Lamont Gadson, 41, was
convicted of rape in 1992. He was last seen on July 23 at the Chatham County
Sheriff's Office for his annual sex offender registration.
General Smalls, 53, is a sex
offender and was convicted in 1998 of false imprisonment in Georgia. He last
registered on Oct. 23 with the address of the Inner City Night Shelter at 124
Arnold St.
