Beaufort County to hold Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Monday

BEAUFORT CO., SC (WTOC) -

Beaufort County will be holding its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 10. The special event will take place during the last county council meeting of 2012.

The tree is located in front of the Beaufort County Administration Building located at 100 Ribaut Rd. in Beaufort.

Special guests from Disabilities and Special Needs will help flip the switch to illuminated the area. Santa will also be making a special trip down from the North Pole for the celebration.
