Special showing of The Princess Bride to mark its 25th anniversary

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

To honor the 25th anniversary of its release, the Carmike 10 Theater off Stephenson Avenue in Savannah will be showing The Princess Bride Saturday, December 8th for one night only.

There will be an event in the theater parking lot before the showing called "An Inconceivable Event!" with a percent of the proceeds to benefit Girls on the Run of Coastal Georgia.

Tickets for the screening and the pre-show event can be purchased at www.tugg.com/events/1985

The screening will start at 7:30p.m., with the pre-show event starting at 5:30p.m.
