SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A Savannah man has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault and one count of reckless conduct in connection with firing gunshots during a family argument.

Savannah-Chatham Metro Police said that Ryan Polselli, of the Forest Cove subdivision, fired a handgun during an argument with his wife and her relatives.

Relatives told police that Polselli had threatened them and fired the gun in the front yard.

Polselli had arrived at the home while his wife and relatives were removing items from the house and an argument started.

He was in the house when SCMPD's West Chatham Precinct officers arrived, but he went outside as instructed by the officers to go outside, according to police. The handgun was found in the house.
