Kids celebrate 12th birthdays on 12/12/12

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Wednesday is December 12, 2012 and three kids have a reason to call it a special day.

Hannah Gilgren, Ceely Murphy, and Norconda Locke all celebrated their 12th birthdays.

"This doesn't happen to most people. A lot of people told me happy birthday," said Gilgren.

Gilgren is a student at Effingham County Middle School, Murphy goes to Hancock Middle, and Locke attends J.R. Trippe Middle School in Vidalia.

"It's pretty cool because this will only happen once ever," says Locke.
